During the purification of industrial salt materials at the nanoscale, the salt crystals precipitated from the solution contain substantial amounts of moisture, which severely compromises their performance. In conventional purification processes, customers have relied on a rudimentary, inefficient, and contamination‑prone method of natural air‑drying, resulting in low yields and unreliable drying quality.

Project Name: Nanoscale Industrial Salt Low-Temperature Drying Project

During the purification of industrial salt materials at the nanoscale, the salt crystals precipitated from the solution contain substantial amounts of water, which severely compromises their performance. In conventional purification processes, customers have relied on outdated, inefficient, and contamination‑prone natural air‑drying methods, resulting in low yields and unreliable drying quality.

Based on the operating conditions provided by the customer and the material’s characteristics, our company has refined the solution by configuring a low‑temperature drying unit and an intelligently adjustable fan to address the industrial salt’s “lightweight” nature and its susceptibility to high temperatures. This prevents the salt from being blown away by the high‑speed fan during drying while ensuring consistent production at the material’s low‑temperature drying setpoint.

Design Highlights of the Low-Temperature Drying Room Project:

Due to the challenging nature of drying this material, several factors pose significant constraints: first, the temperature must remain low; second, the air velocity cannot be too high—both of these conditions severely impede the drying process; third, the material has a high moisture content and demands an extremely high dehydration rate, ranging from 60% down to complete dryness; and fourth, production throughput must be high.

Accordingly, our company has engineered precise low-temperature drying settings and fan speeds, with intelligent humidity and temperature control that dynamically adjusts based on the moisture content within the drying chamber, while also regulating airflow.
