One Quick Cooling of chemical products in client’s plants, using our stainless steel heat exchanger design with an attempt to meet with client’s request of fast cooling of his products with running water.
In this application, hot chemical media flows through one set of plates while cool water flows through another set of plates, with the two sets of plates separated by a thin metal wall. The heat from the chemical media is transferred to the cool water, which then exits the exchanger at a higher temperature. The cooled chemical media then continues on to the next stage of the manufacturing process. This type of plate heat exchanger is commonly used in the chemical industry for applications such as cooling of acids, solvents, and other chemical solutions.
