The sealing material is made of copper or nickel. All the plates are welded together by copper or nickel solder.
Features
The process combination form should be calculated according to heat transfer and fluid resistance and determined under the requirements of process conditions.
Try to make the convective heat transfer coefficients in the cold and hot water channels equal or close, so as to get the best transfer effect.
When determining type, it is not suitable to choose the plate with too small board area, so as not to have too many plates, the flow rate between plates is small, the heat transfer coefficient is too low, and the larger ratio should pay more attention to this problem.
