Paper machine, sealing cover exhaust heat recovery device
Kraft paper board needs to be heated and dried in the production process, and the air is heated by steam into the closed cover for drying, and the waste heat is recovered through the gas-gas heat exchanger to preheat the air, while the radiator is used to heat the air. The high-temperature wet air is discharged from the closed cover by the exhaust fan firstly and passes through the air-air exchanger to the indoor air entering the steam heater, and then enters the cooling tower and exits. The indoor air is heated into high-temperature air through the steam heater after the waste heat of the air-gas heat exchanger and sent to the drying board of the closed cover.
Paper making machine and other moving parts in the paper industry needs oil lubrication and pressure. The oil in the hydraulic tank in the hydraulic oil station needs to be kept at a constant temperature below 40℃. The cooling water is circulated through the plate heat exchanger, and the cooling water on the cold side is from 30℃ to 32℃. Thus, air cooler can be welled in paper making industry in different phrases.
