Application Example

The ripple depth of the general heat exchange plate is 3 ~ 5mm, and the flow rate in the turbulent area is about 0.1 ~ 1.0m/s. The ripple plate is very thin, with a thickness of 0.5 ~ 1 mm. There are many contact points between the adjacent plates.  In the turbulent flow and heat exchange at the same time to promote the elimination of fatigue fracture caused by internal leakage.
