Air to air heat exchanger is designed to realize function heat exchange by using different types of tube, made up of a set of leveled metal plate. Soybeen Drying Project
The equipment selected for drying project used in XX Grain Company is 1200*2400 type plate heat exchanger with wide channel, and the groove depth is about 10.5mm. The air and gas heat exchanger is made by the hot air material along with the conveyor belt to move the space, the position between the soybean particles is relatively fixed. Besides, the drying time is basically the same, the air and gas heat exchanger is very suitable for drying materials with uniform color change or uniform wet content.
