Silicon rectification process
Both heat exchangers in the silicon rectification process are liquid-liquid heat exchangers. The oil cooler of the transformer can use aluminum brass plates with oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets; the pure water cooler of the rectifier cabinet can use 1Cr18Ni9Ti plates with nitrile rubber gaskets.
Brine process
The brine preheater is a gas-liquid heat exchanger, and due to the existence of electrochemical corrosion of brine medium, the plate material must be austenitic stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or above, and the condensing with a gasket of NBR.
