Plate heat exchanger can sterilize and disinfect milk, fruit juice, alcoholic beverages or similar liquid materials. Take milk as an example, the general use is pasteurization method.
1. The milk just extruded through the plate heat exchanger, the use of steam or high temperature water to heat the milk to 68 ~ 70℃;
2. Keep this temperature for 30min after flowing into storage tank.
3. The milk flows through another plate heat exchanger, and the milk is rapidly cooled to 4-5℃ with cryogenic chilled water.
High temperature and rapid cooling can kill pathogenic bacteria and most of the non-pathogenic bacteria in milk, and milk nutrients will not be lost. Extended shelf life at low temperature.
