Air heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchanger that is used to cool or heat forcibly flowing air with water, glycol solution, steam or heat conduction oil as the medium. It is extensively applied in hot air heating, drying, cooling, dehumidifying and other works in such industries as light industry, building, chemical engineering, machinery, textile, printing & dyeing, electronics, food, starch, medication, metallurgy and painting. Different models of heat exchanger should be selected according to the actual working conditions.


Rolling-type Air Heat Exchanger

Materials: Carbon steel-aluminum rolled sheet, stainless steel-aluminum rolled sheet and steel tube-aluminum rolled sheet.



In the process of copper pipe welding, if the operation is not proper, it is easy to occur defects such as virtual welding, erosion and dissolution, over-burning and burning. Virtual welding is a quality problem that often occurs in the welding process of two devices. The main reasons are as follows:

▪ Small expansion, brazing solder is not easy to enter, resulting in welding is not stable;

▪ Welding heating is not uniform, resulting in part of brazing solder is not completely heated melting;

▪ Oil, oxide, residual carbon and other substances on the surface of the copper tube at the welding place;

▪ Quality of solder itself;

▪ Solder fails to fill the socket or weld the full length of the socket.
