We are an energetic business with wide market for ground air heat exchanger, small heat exchanger, multipass heat exchanger. We will continue to uphold the business philosophy of creating contributions that we have adhered to so far. Since the start-up, our company has been actively cooperating with customers, constantly developing products to meet customers' various needs, and the company adheres to the pursuit of product quality stability and excellence and customer service.

Introduction of Air heat exchanger

Waste heat recovery heat exchanger, its working principle is that the cold and hot two fluids flow through the same heat exchange surface in turn, and try to avoid mixing with each other. When the hot fluid flows through, the heat exchange surface to absorb and accumulate heat released from the hot fluid; when the cold fluid flows through, the heat exchange surface and heat release to the cold fluid, through the heat exchange surface of this alternating heat absorption, heat release process to achieve cold, hot fluids ask the heat exchange.

In this type of heat exchanger, heat transfer surface periodically absorb and release heat, so this heat exchanger in the heat address transfer process is non-stationary. Such as power plant boilers in the rotary air preheater is this type.

The finned-tube air heat exchanger is designed with a set of parallel tubes arranged in a rectangular array. Each tube is equipped with a series of fins, which greatly increase the surface area available for heat transfer. The hot gas stream from the ammonia synthesis process flows through the inner tubes, while the cold air stream flows over the external fins. Heat is transferred from the hot gas stream to the cold air stream, raising the outlet temperature of the air and reducing the temperature of the hot gas stream.

Application

Most of the organic waste gas from the DC system of grain and oil companies is directly discharged after passing through Shakron.

The waste gas from the first and second stage Shakron is about 80-70°C, with high temperature, high humidity and high VOC content.

The exhaust gas from the third and fourth stage Shakron is about 50-60°C, with high temperature, low humidity, and low VOC content.

The exhaust of DC exhaust gas not only causes greater pollution to the environment, but also a great waste of energy.
