The plate and fin heat exchanger is usually composed of a partition, fins, seals, and deflectors.
Parameters for selecting heat exchanger model
Media - consist of 2 or more liquids for heat conversion. The media generally determines the materials used for the heat exchanger such as plates, frames, etc., and even what better heat exchanger solution to use.
Temperature - Hot side/ cold side, inlet and outlet.
Heat/Flow Rate - Calculate the number of plates needed for the heat exchanger, and the maximum pressure and maximum number of installed plates that can be achieved, so that you do not need to replace additional equipment when adding plates later.
Application of plate type air heat exchanger
Air separation equipment: air separation equipment, subcooler, condensing evaporator and other low-temperature heat exchanger using the plate fin heat exchanger can save equipment investment and installation costs, and reduce the unit energy consumption.
