Product Introduction
The shell and tube heat exchanger is composed of shell, heat transfer tube bundle, tube sheet, baffle plate (baffle) and tube box. Shell and tube heat exchangers are the most common heat exchanger among all heat exchangers and have the longest development history. Other popular heat exchangers, such as plate heat exchanger and brazed heat exchanger are all derived from this type.
Material & Process
The manufacturing of tubesheet and baffle plate is a prominent problem in the manufacturing process. The tubesheet is machined and its aperture and hole spacing have tolerance requirements according to different tube bundles. Drilling can be crossed drilling, drilling die drilling, advanced can use CNC machine tools. But when using marking drilling, due to poor accuracy, when drilling baffle tube hole, must be the tube plate and baffle overlapped with drilling, and then the baffle plate serial number and azimuth map, easy to assemble. Baffle plate should be drilled according to the whole round plate, drilling holes and then cut into the desired shape.
