“A” fluid passes through the plate side, and “B” fluid passes through the shell side. Features

① With the plate as the heat transfer surface, the heat transfer efficiency is good. The heat transfer coefficient is about twice that of the shell and tube heat exchanger.

② Compact structure and small volume.

③ Temperature and pressure resistance, the highest working temperature can reach 800 ℃, and the highest working pressure can reach 6.3 MPa.

④ The fluid in the flat flow channel flows at high speed, and the surface of the plate is smooth, it is not easy to scale, the plate bundle can be removed, and the cleaning is convenient. 


Application
