Working Principle

The plate heat exchanger unit converts the heat of a primary heating network into domestic water or heating water needed by users automatically and continually. 


In detail, hot water (or steam) enters the plate heat exchanger via the primary side inlet for heat exchange and then flows out of the primary side outlet; the return water on the secondary side flows through the filter for dirt removal and then enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump on the secondary side for heat exchange, so as to generate hot water of different temperatures to meet user's need for ordinary heating, floor heating, air-conditioning or water drinking.

 

After being filtered, the secondary water enters the plate heat exchanger through the circulating pump to be heated by steam or high-temperature water to realize heat supply. After entering the plate heat exchanger, the steam or high-temperature water becomes condensed water or high-temperature return water and returns to the heat source to realize circulation between the primary heating system and the secondary heating system.
