What Is a Heat Exchanger?
Plate heat exchanger is featured with compact structure, unit volume of heat transfer area for shell and tube type of 2~5 times, also not like this one to reserve the maintenance of the tube bundle, so to achieve the same heat exchange, plate type covers an area of about 1/5~1/8 of shell and tube heat type.
Keep the pipe network clean. Whether before or after the work is completed, the pipe network must be cleaned to avoid the phenomenon of heat exchanger blockage. In addition, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the decontaminator and filter, so that the whole heat transfer work is completed smoothly.
Strict control of softening water. Before processing heating media, check the water quality in the system and the softening tank, and ensure that the water quality is qualified and can be injected.
Verify the new system. For the new system, can not immediately make it alternate with the heat exchanger, and to make the new system in the specified period of time, in the completion of the operation of the inspection, before the heat exchanger into the system. The purpose is to avoid impurities in the pipe network from damaging the internal equipment of the heat exchanger.
