Overview
Plate type is a new efficient and compact type that has developed and extensively used in the recent decades. It consists of multiple parallel corrugated-surface thin metal sheets that overlap and are then fixed by lamp plates and bolts. 


Product feature and application

The plate type consists essentially of heat transfer plates, gaskets and a clamping device. Thanks to its structure and heat exchange principle, it is characterized by compact structure, small floor area, high heat transfer coefficient and operation flexibility, wide application range, small heat loss, easy installation and cleaning, etc. 


It is now widely used in industrial fields such as chemical industry, petrochemical, food, machinery, central heating, metallurgy, pharmaceutical industry, nuclear industry, sea water desalination and combined heat and power generation to meet the requirements of processes such as cooling, heating, condensation,  sterilization and residual heat recovery. 



Example 

Two-stage structure heat exchanger, if the working condition requires, also use to increase the middle baffle and other ways to extend to the three-stage, in order to meet more complex working conditions, whether it is milk, or other media.  

 

If medium low coefficient of thermal conductivity, and the temperature of the need to change and more intense, two or more sections of plate heat exchanger design process in two or three sections of plate heat exchanger can also process, and in keeping the port number is not under the condition of large change, make the medium inside the heat transfer more fully, so as to achieve operating mode of heat transfer requirements.
