Material & Process
The manufacturing of tubesheet and baffle plate is a prominent problem in the manufacturing process. The tubesheet is machined and its aperture and hole spacing have tolerance requirements according to different tube bundles. Drilling can be crossed drilling, drilling die drilling, advanced can use CNC machine tools.
