Attention on manufacturing process

Once the refrigerant is filled, refrigerant leakage often occurs here. (2) In the use of copper pipe, often coil straightening, cutting size, cutting often use no chip cutting. The surface of copper tube is soft after heat treatment. When cutting without chips, when the cutter is unfavorable or the knife is too large or too many burrs will be caused by the copper tube shrinkage, forming the port flanging and port hardening, resulting in the cracking when flaring.
