Product Introduction
Air Heat Exchanger is an important part of heat exchange ventilation system, which recovers waste heat from high temperature flue gas, hot air, waste steam, heating combustion air, or used to heat other gas media or as a dryer for drying materials, etc.
Product Specification
In terms of the fin structure, the steam heater can be divided into winding type, string type, welding type and rolling type.
At present, the steel-aluminum composite finned tube is widely used, which utilizes the pressure resistance of the steel pipe and the high-efficiency thermal conductivity of aluminum and is compounded on a special machine tool. Its thermal contact resistance is almost zero at 210°C.

Common Application
Air preheating: use primary circulating water as the heat medium, the heat absorbed on the flue gas side is released to the primary and secondary cold air, which will be preheated before entering the preheater, thus reducing the amount of auxiliary steam used in conventional steam warmers.
Water heating system：use flue gas waste heat to heat circulating water in the heat network of the plant water heating system to improve thermal efficiency and reduce coal consumption.
