For Steam Air Heat Interexchange, we use SS304 Tube as constructing material due to the fact that steam can get very hot and high pressure (up to 8bar) during the operation.
By introducing steam into the Stainless Steel Tubes, hot steam transfers heat into tube surface and then Aluminium Fins. As air passes through the exchanger, close contact between fins and air makes sure the effective heat exchange happen. Resulting from the heat transfer, clients then have dry air into their production lines, for drying sausage, clothes, and many other ventilation purposes.
