Forced air hot water heat exchanger
Between two parallel thin metal plates (flat partitions), corrugated metal fins are sandwiched, and both sides are sealed with side strips to form a unit body. Different stacking and proper arrangement of each unit body, and then fix it with brazing, you can get the commonly used reverse, co-flow and cross-flow plate-fin heat exchanger assembly, called core or plate bundle. Welding the header box with fluid inlet and outlet to the plate bundle becomes a plate-fin heat exchanger. At present, the commonly used fin forms are straight fin, aluminum tooth fin and porous fin.
