Material Selection
Plate: Pure aluminum, hydrophilic coated aluminum, epoxy resin coated aluminum, stainless steel(Plate thickness 0.1mm~0.2mm, high strength sealant).
Frame: Galvanized sheets, aluminum sheets, stainless steel, paint treatments, etc. to meet with different anti-corrosion requirements.
Features
- Normal operating temperature is not higher than 100℃(aluminum plate), and in resistance of special sealing materials, it can reach 200℃, and even 350°C with stainless steel design;
- Easy maintenance with simply running tap water or neutral detergent;
- Flexible plate spacings (2.0mm-24.0mm) with various combination of lengths and heights
- Conductor convex cylinders to support air channel and with a high capacity of withstanding the new/exhaust pressure difference of 2500Pa.
