Tranp Copper Welded Brazed Heat Exchangers is a collection of parallel Stainless Steel Plates(SS304/SS316, COULD ALSO BE NICKEL AND OTHER CUSTOMIZED TYPE).
Our Automatic Molding Machine will shape the flat plates with a wave-liked groove which is for fluids to flow through. Pile-up of these plates is also easy to accomplish for our machinery. And then, our colleagues from Production Department will be taking these assembled plates into welding boiler. In that, thin layer of copper on the plate surface will melt and weld the inter-space between plates at the same time.
