Product Design
According to the analysis of the heat transfer principle of the wall, the lower side of the heat transfer effect affects the heat transfer efficiency of the heat transfer equipment to a large extent, and this side is usually located in the shell side, so the research and development of baffle rod type, spiral baffle plate, curved curved curved baffle plate heat exchanger. At present, spiral baffle technology has been widely used and achieved good results. The helical baffle plate is connected end to end by a quarter elliptic fan-shaped plate, so as to realize a protruding structure with a right Angle edge perpendicular to the axis and the center of the circle located on the axis. The overall structure presents a spiral shape, prompting the liquid to flow in a spiral way after entering, which can well reduce the pressure loss of shell side.
