Domestic Waste Incineration Flue GasTreatment

Jul 06, 2022 Leave a message

Domestic waste incineration power generation means that the staff pours the domestic waste into the incinerator, and the waste is fully burned in the high temperature environment of the incinerator.

After the waste is burned, a large amount of heat will be generated to the steam turbine. After the high temperature and high pressure steam passes through the steam turbine, the heat energy is converted into electric energy to realize the process of generating electricity.

The combined removal method of "SNCR + deacidification reaction tower + bag filter + SCR reactor"can not only control NOx at a low level (below 50 mg/m3), but also help prolong catalyst life .

After the flue gas at the outlet is deacidified by the semi-dry method and the bag filter, the flue gas entering the SCR catalyst layer is heated by the flue gas-flue gas heat exchange (GasGasHeater, GGH) and the steam-flue gas heat exchange (SteamGasHeater, SGH).

To the catalyst active temperature range, NOX in the flue gas and NH3 in the injected ammonia water undergo a catalytic reduction reaction on the catalyst surface to generate N2 and H2O to remove NOX from the flue gas.
