The flue gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is saturated and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Since the ambient temperature is lower than the discharged flue gas, the water vapor in the flue gas reacts and condenses into liquid, the light transmittance of the flue gas decreases, and mist-like water vapor forms at the chimney outlet, which is what we call white smoke. As the flue gas further diffuses in the atmosphere, the droplet concentration decreases and the water vapor partial pressure decreases. The saturation temperature drops and no longer condenses. The condensed droplets evaporate again, the light transmittance increases, and the white smoke gradually decreases until it disappears. If it cannot diffuse in time, acid rain will form. Gypsum rain.

 

Purpose of flue gas decolorization

 

 

Flue gas decolorization is not only to eliminate visual pollution, but also to completely eliminate nitrogen oxides, sulfides, various smoke particles, aerosols and various crystalline salt particles in the flue gas, also known as colored plume treatment, to avoid damage to the environment.

 

MGGH technology

 

 

MGGH is a flue gas cooling heat exchanger installed before and after the electrostatic precipitator. A flue gas heating heat exchanger is installed after desulfurization, and a heat medium water circulation system is set up to extract the heat of the original flue gas to heat the clean flue gas. Generally, it is necessary to increase the clean flue gas temperature by about 30℃, that is, 75~80℃.

Since the flow direction of the shell side fluid changes continuously during the flow process, the flow cross-sectional area remains unchanged, and the medium and the tube bundle belong to friction flow, so the shell side resistance is very small;

 

 

The fluid between the tube bundles is three-dimensionally variable, the fluid distribution is uniform, there is no dead zone, the effective heat exchange area reaches 98%, and the consequences of local eddy currents and overheating and scaling are reduced;

 

 

There is no baffle, and the overall bundling is used to form a self-supporting, no vibration, and the heat exchange tube will not break due to long-term wear and tear with the baffle.
