A large amount of heat will be generated during the operation of the oil-injected screw air compressor, which is mainly manifested as follows:
①The high-speed rotation friction of the air compressor generates a large amount of heat.
②After the air enters the compressor, it is compressed and the temperature rises sharply; therefore, the gas-oil mixture that comes out usually reaches 80-100℃.
In order to prevent the oil temperature from being too high, it is usually necessary to cool the air compressor oil and control the oil temperature below 60℃ to prevent the oil from emulsifying and deteriorating, affecting the oil performance and the service life of the air compressor. Some companies only need pressurized air with a lower temperature, and the excess heat is quickly cooled through the cooling system. If the above two heat sources are discharged directly, it will not only increase additional electricity, but also cause waste heat pollution.
Application principle
By setting up a waste heat recovery system, the waste heat of the oil and air is converted and recovered and supplied to other hot spots and living areas. While keeping the air compressor in stable operation, the load and energy consumption of heating equipment (such as boilers, heat pumps, etc.) in other hot spots are reduced.
When there is a demand for heat at the hot spot, the high-temperature oil will first pass through the waste heat recovery system, and the heat of the high-temperature oil will heat water or air for production lines, water for living areas, auxiliary heating and other terminals. The plate heat exchanger produced by Trip is used.
