Temperature, humidity control and process requirements in textile mills

01.
Pretreatment (preparation stage)
Wet treatment processes such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, and mercerizing.
Working conditions:
- Heating: Water or chemical solutions need to be heated to 60~95℃ (such as high-temperature steam for scouring).
- Cooling: Rapid cooling (25~40℃) after bleaching to avoid fiber damage.
02.
Dyeing and printing
Dye dissolution, dyeing machine temperature control, and color fixation after printing.
Working conditions:
- Heating: Dyeing requires 50~130℃ (disperse dyes require high temperature and high pressure).
- Cooling: After dyeing, the temperature needs to be quickly cooled to below 50℃ to prevent color difference.

03.
Drying and shaping
Fabric drying, heat shaping (such as polyester requires high temperature shaping).
Working conditions:
- Heating: hot air drying 100~180℃, heat shaping 180~220℃.
- Waste heat recovery: The heat of drying waste gas can be recycled.
04.
Air conditioning and workshop environment control
Temperature and humidity adjustment in spinning and weaving workshops.
Working condition requirements:
- Summer: Cooling to 24~28℃, humidity 55~65% (to prevent yarn breakage).
- Winter: Heating to 20~25℃, humidification and anti-static.
