(2) Pay attention to the water discharge of the pipeline. Generally, the water in the pipeline of the unit should be discharged when the machine stops, but there are different requirements for different units.
Open System Unit
The system of adding water to the heating pipeline with the tank connected with water and air, it is better not to release water because there is water in the tank, which can prevent the air from entering the pipeline and causing corrosion inside the pipeline and thus producing rust.
Closed System Unit
A system that can only add water to the heating pipeline from the fill valve, whether to release water depends on the situation, basically divided into the following cases:
(1) If antifreeze is added to the pipeline, it is better not to release water when it is out of service.
(2) If no antifreeze, drain or not to drain are both OK. If water is released, make sure the water is clean to prevent the pipes from freezing and cracking when the unit is not used in the coming winter; and close the drain valves again after releasing water to prevent the air from entering and causing corrosion inside the pipes.
(3) to pay attention to shielding protection, in order to prevent the wind and sun and sharp objects, such as machine scratch damage, you can use cardboard and other items will be the pump, the valve and pipeline, etc. to shield, protection.
Do preparations when start the unit after the air source heat pump is shut down for a long time
Check and clean the unit thoroughly.
Clean the water pipeline system.
Check the pump, regulating valve and other equipment of the water piping system.
Check if all electric wire connections are tight.
If use the machine for the first time in the cold winter, please preheat it with electricity for more than 12 hours in advance, do not add water to the system during the preheating period, after preheating, let the pump warm up first, and then turn on the pump to make up water.
