Water tank cleaning

4, Open the tank outlet shut-off valve and hot water faucet or shower, wait for the discharge of water.
5, Open the tank inlet shut-off valve, rinse the tank, to be discharged from the drainage port of water becomes clear when the drainage port shut-off valve is closed.
6, Re-filled with water in accordance with the whole commissioning of the water pipeline air exclusion method to exclude the gas in the tank and pipeline.
Heat exchanger cleaning
1、Cut off the power of the hot water machine.
2, With high-pressure gas against the direction of the heat exchanger into the air, repeatedly flush the fins. When rinsing, to vertical fin direction to prevent fins down piece.
3, Use high-pressure water rinse. Flushing with high-pressure water, to control the pressure of the water, but also to prevent the fins from inverting, and to protect the electrical components. If there are oily substances stuck on the fins, rinse with water dissolved with neutral detergent.
4, Use a vacuum cleaner with a nylon brush to clean the surface of the heat exchanger dust and debris.
Daily maintenance
1、Do not stack debris on the unit and its accessories, the surrounding area should be kept dry and clean and well ventilated. The condenser fins should be cleaned in time when the ash accumulation is serious, so as not to affect the performance of the unit or cause the unit to protect and shut down.
2、Clean the filter in the water system regularly to avoid the blockage of the water system causing the unit protection or damage, and check whether the water system water replenishment device is normal.
3、Whether there is any damage or blockage in the pipeline between water tanks, user side water pipeline, pipe joints and valve body, etc., and whether the joints are leaking. If there is, deal with it immediately.
