In the industrial organic waste gas recovery and condensation treatment process, adsorption, absorption and condensation are common treatment methods, each of which has the following characteristics:

Adsorption of harmful substances

Using adsorbents to adsorb harmful substances in organic waste gas, thereby achieving waste gas purification and recovery. Adsorbents usually have a large specific surface area and good adsorption performance, which can effectively adsorb organic matter in organic waste gas.

The adsorption method is suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gas.

Condensation method

By contacting organic waste gas with absorbent, the harmful substances in the waste gas are dissolved in the absorbent, thereby achieving waste gas purification and recovery. The absorbent is usually a liquid that can chemically react or physically dissolve with the organic matter in the organic waste gas.

The absorption method is suitable for treating high-concentration, high-volume organic waste gas.

Absorbent method

By cooling the organic waste gas to below its dew point, the organic matter in the waste gas is condensed into liquid, thereby achieving waste gas purification and recovery. The condensation method usually requires the use of coolants, such as cold water, liquid nitrogen, etc.

The condensation method is suitable for treating organic waste gas with high concentration and small air volume.

Heat exchanger&Heat recovery

Among the three treatment methods mentioned above, heat exchanger products are most widely used in the condensation method. In the condensation method, the heat exchanger is used to cool the organic waste gas to below its dew point, so that the organic matter in the waste gas condenses into liquid. The performance and efficiency of the heat exchanger directly affect the treatment effect and cost of the condensation method.
