Introduction

Industrial refrigeration equipment is equipment mainly used for crew food refrigeration, all kinds of cargo refrigeration and cabin air conditioning in summer.

Industrial refrigeration equipment cooling methods

Direct cooling is the evaporator of the refrigerator installed in the refrigeration unit box or building, the use of refrigerant evaporation directly cool the air in it, rely on cold air cooling objects need to be cooled. This cooling method has the advantage of fast cooling speed, heat transfer temperature difference is small, the system is relatively simple, and thus is commonly used.

Indirect cooling is by the evaporation of refrigerant in the evaporator of the refrigerator, so that the refrigerant carrier (such as brine) cooling, and then the refrigerant carrier into the refrigeration unit box or building, through the heat exchanger to cool the air in it. This cooling method cooling speed is slow, the total heat transfer temperature difference is large, the system is also more complex, so only used in fewer occasions, such as brine ice and temperature requirements of constant cold storage.

In accordance with the purpose of cooling and the use of different ways of cold, refrigeration devices can be broadly divided into refrigeration devices for refrigeration, refrigeration devices for testing, refrigeration devices for production and refrigeration devices for air conditioning four categories.
