Generally, in the industrial waste heat resources,there are corrosive factors, flue gas contains acidic gas and dust inside, wastewater contains chloride ions, etc.. 


These corrosive factors pose a serious impact on the long-term stable operation of the heat exchanger. In order to utilize low-grade waste heat, it is necessary to solve the problem of corrosion. The use of specific heat exchanger materials and reasonable arrangement of heat exchanger structure can help to slow down the corrosion of heat exchangers, and attention should also be paid to the economics of heat exchanger utilization.

Screw expansion power machine technology as a low-grade power generation emission reduction technology, screw expansion machine is a volumetric engine, able to use superheated steam, saturated steam, hot water, thermal fluid and other heat sources, etc., can use more than 70 ℃ of hot water and more than 130 ℃ of sulfur-free flue gas as a heat source, can also use low-pressure steam. Due to structural characteristics, the individual power of screw expanders is limited, mostly below 10 0 0kW, and is suitable for applications with less waste heat resources.


This technology is still being improved, mainly because of the larger self-consumption of electricity and lower power generation efficiency, which makes the economics of power generation utilization somewhat affected.
