Firstly, air heat exchanger is used to transfer heat.
During the drying process, hot air is introduced into the drying chamber, and by contacting with the wet substance, it absorbs the moisture in the wet substance, and then the wet air is discharged. The air heat exchanger recovers heat from the discharged wet air by exchanging heat between the hot air and cold air, and then transfers the recovered heat to the fresh intake air. This improves energy efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Secondly, the air heat exchanger is used to regulate humidity.
In the drying process, the moisture in the wet substance will evaporate into water vapour, making the humidity in the drying room rise. If the moisture is not removed in time, it will lead to poor drying effect. The air heat exchanger makes the water vapour in the wet air condense into water by exchanging the heat between the wet air and the dry inlet air, and then the condensed water is discharged. This can effectively reduce the humidity in the drying room and improve the drying effect.
