Activated carbon + catalytic combustion method

The exhaust gas containing organic matter is passed through the paint mist filter and then through the activated carbon adsorption layer by the action of the fan, the organic matter is trapped in its interior by the unique force of activated carbon, and the clean gas is discharged; after a period of time, the adsorption stops when the activated carbon reaches the saturation state, at which time the organic matter has been concentrated in the activated carbon. 


The catalytic purification device is equipped with a heating chamber, which starts the heating device and enters the internal circulation. When the hot gas source reaches the boiling point of the organic matter, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon and enters the catalytic chamber for catalytic decomposition into CO2 and H2O, and at the same time, energy is released.

 

When the energy released is used to re-enter the adsorption bed for desorption, the heating device stops working completely at this time, and the organic waste gas is maintained in the catalytic combustion chamber for spontaneous combustion and regeneration of the exhaust gas, and the cycle is carried out until the organic matter is completely separated from the activated carbon inside to the catalytic chamber for decomposition.

 

The activated carbon is regenerated and the organic matter is treated by catalytic decomposition, with a theoretical design efficiency of about 90%.
