Waste Heat From Exhaust Gases-Thermal Oil

Aug 02, 2023 Leave a message

Through the configuration of thermal oil heat exchanger at the back end of RTO, the waste heat is converted into high temperature thermal oil. If the user has a thermal oil boiler and piping system, it is only necessary to connect the RTO thermal oil heat exchanger in series with the output path of the original system; if the user doesn't have the corresponding system, it is necessary to reconfigure a set of thermal oil system and connect it with the user's heat-using equipment.

Heat conduction oil heating system with standby heat source contains a gas heat conduction oil boiler and RTO with heat conduction oil waste heat boiler, as well as oil tanks, oil pumps, pipelines, etc.; heat conduction oil waste heat boiler and gas heat conduction oil boiler are connected in series, when the waste heat of exhaust gas is enough to heat the workshop, the gas heat conduction oil boiler stops the furnace and shuts off the fire, when the waste heat of exhaust gas is not enough to heat the workshop, the gas heat conduction oil boiler will make up heat for the heat conduction oil.

The thermal oil heating system without backup heat source includes RTO equipped with thermal oil waste heat boiler, as well as oil tanks, oil pumps, pipelines, etc.; when the waste heat of exhaust gas is enough to heat the workshop, the RTO thermal oil waste heat boiler will directly supply heat to the workshop; when the waste heat of exhaust gas is not enough to heat the workshop, the RTO burner will make up for the heat, so as to ensure that the workshop equipment will use heat.

Thermal oil waste heat utilization is applicable to the heat process temperature of ≤250℃, which is mainly used in coating and other industries.
