A Coking Gas Supply Co., Ltd. has three 4.3m tamped side-mounted coke ovens, and three 4.3m tamped side-mounted coke ovens have built a new set of desulfurization and denitrification devices.

 

The coke oven flue gas is first subjected to dry desulfurization treatment, and sodium bicarbonate powder with a particle size of 20-25μm is sprayed into the flue for desulfurization. After desulfurization, the flue gas enters the Tranp flue gas heat exchanger to cool down to ensure that the outlet temperature is below 250℃. The cooled flue gas enters the bag filter for dust removal and then enters the SCR reactor for denitration treatment and is exhausted to the atmosphere.

 

The SO2 content of the original flue gas is 400mg/Nm3, and the SO2 content of the flue gas after dry desulfurization is ≤50mg/Nm3. The designed amount of sodium bicarbonate injected into the dry desulfurization system is 230kg/h.

 

Tranp flue gas heat exchanger uses plant circulating cooling water as the cooling medium. The circulating water temperature in the plant is 25°C. Because the flue gas contains a large amount of sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate powder, the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger adopts a smooth tube. Use S30408 seamless stainless steel tube. The seamless steel pipe implements the standard of GB/T14976-2012 "Stainless steel seamless steel pipe for fluid transportation".

 

The design of Tranp flue gas heat exchanger fully considered the influence of dust accumulation, and installed a spray water cleaning system at a suitable location. It is convenient to clean and remove dust, which is conducive to the recovery of soot condensed particles and ensures the stable operation of the system.
