Quiet quitter: Meaning people who finds much joy in life other than simply work. We no longer really care about a
promotion, but rather satisfied with the current state. Once office time is off, it is time to get up from the chair, pick
up a hobby, enjoy the time with family, and many more
Languisher: Sometime when work or what we did doesn't really get us anyway, we start to question ourselves,
wondering if it is the right path. Meanwhile there's not much we can do to change the status, so a sense of
disappointment prevails and takes hold.
Flourisher: Focus on the joy and achievement of work. "If we can build a solid life here in a small corner, then we can
construct a worth-living one everywhere in the world."
