The process management system must be implemented at all levels and departments, from product design to production control, from quality control to the satisfaction of the final customer needs. Every unit of work is causal, we can not let any devil hidden in the process, every small work of every small unit of work must be carried out process management, through the use of a variety of standard book control to stabilize the production, for the abnormal root so as to constantly eliminate anomalies.
We also need to ensure the normal product characteristics through QCC (QualityControl Circle) and other activities under the supervision of IPQC, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of our process management, that is, to ensure that products are long-term, stable and effective products that meet requirements. At the same time, we must also master the process management commonly used QC seven tools (characteristics of graph, check table, Plato, histogram, control chart, scatter chart, stratification method).
We make good use of these tools for daily management, and if the SOP is not good, we have to review the process design and other related factors. Engineering, maintenance, design, planning, materials, QA and so on should all be able to help eliminate any obstacles to production so that production can proceed smoothly.
Quality management
The competition in the external market is nothing more than quality, price and service.
Whoever wants to dominate the market must be absolutely leading in quality, price and service.
From the perspective of quality management:
A large number of new employees lack the awareness of quality control.
Grassroots cadres lack practical experience in teaching work.
The whole is busy in the pursuit of the target output value, and the problem blind spot is constantly happening. Although the problems have been analyzed, the implementation degree is very poor and the execution strength is insufficient (first-class in speech, second-rate in writing and third-rate in work).
The quality of people should be educated, the production process should be improved, and the yield of products should be improved.
Internal quality management
Internal quality management includes three levels: on-site, on-site and on-site. (that is, the quality of the product, the quality of the process and the quality of the people).
Only high-quality people in the best process, engaged in research and development production, can produce excellent products.

Short term (immediate execution)
Discuss the problems with QC methods, implement countermeasures carefully, and consider how to improve from different angles according to PDCA (PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACTION).
Medium term (Effective Training Measures)
Class QCC activities (two hours per week) for each post quality status reflected in the weekly report (of course, at least the report must be true) to allow operators to put forward opinions and questions on quality management.
To make them feel involved and increase their sense of responsibility, brainstorming, QC techniques, quality improvement proposals, QCC competitions and other management training measures can be used in the activities of the quality control circle.
Long-term (positive education and training)
Comprehensively implement pre-service, in-service, focus and opportunity quality education from time to time or as planned.
The company holds annual quality control circle competition, quality essay, picture, quality slogan, quality speech and other awareness education, which is used to form the company's quality awareness.So as to enhance the whole invisible quality concept.
