Recently, we have one project to support plant of slurry treatment, in which we make heat exchanger and refrigeration unit for cooling circulating water from the shield machine.

Introduction to Tranp shield machine refrigeration system
Our system is a cooling method combined by circulating water cooling of the shield machine(plate heat exchanger) and forced air cooling(water chiller), with an attempt to cool down a particular space area.

HOST MACHINE: Screw compressor with a 5:6 screw rotor design
Environmental-friendly refrigerants such R134A, R407C, and R410A
Operating time up to 50,000-80,000 hours
Certified under ISO9001 and ISO9002 certification

AIR COOLING UNIT:
Customized to meet with various cooling requests (DN400, DN600, DN800, DN1000,etc)

Application
To lower temperature by 10-12℃, compared with highest atmospheric temperature, with a capacity up to 50,000m3/h.
