The plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger made of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, and heat is exchanged through the plates. Plate heat exchangers are ideal equipment for liquid-liquid, liquid-vapor heat exchange. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, convenient installation and cleaning, wide application, long service life and so on. Under the same pressure loss, the heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tube-type heat exchanger, the floor area is one-third that of the tube-type heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90% or more.

Plate type heat exchanger (Plate Type Heat Exchanger). This complete set of equipment consists of a plate heat exchanger, a balance tank, a centrifugal sanitary pump, a hot water device (including steam pipes, hot water injectors), a bracket, and an instrument box. . Used for sterilizing and cooling milk or other heat-sensitive liquids. The material to be processed first enters the balance tank, and is sent to the heat exchanger by the centrifugal sanitary pump. After preheating, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling, the materials that do not reach the sterilization temperature are reversed by the instrument-controlled pneumatic return valve. Return to the balance tank and reprocess. Material sterilization temperature is automatically controlled and continuously recorded by the instrument control box to monitor and check the sterilization process. This equipment is suitable for pre-sterilization and pasteurization of milk. There are two types of plate heat exchangers: frame type (detachable) and brazed type. There are three types of plate type: herringbone corrugated plate, horizontal flat corrugated plate and knob plate.
