Brazed plate heat exchanger

Brazed plate heat exchangers represent an advanced evolution of gasket‑type plate heat exchangers. They are assembled from header and footer plates together with herringbone‑corrugated plates, with adjacent plates arranged so that their corrugation angles face in opposite directions. The crests of the corrugations intersect between adjacent plates, creating a dense network of contact points. By means of vacuum brazing, the brazing material is melted to form an alloy with the base materials, transforming each contact point into a welded joint. This process not only enhances the structural integrity of the heat exchanger but also significantly improves its heat transfer efficiency.
Design Features
- Excellent sealing performance: Using pure copper brazing
- High-pressure resistance: Up to 4.5 MPa
- Wide operating temperature range: -195℃~180℃
- High heat transfer efficiency : Up to 70 million W/m²·K
- Can be used for heat transfer with small temperature differences: Minimum temperature difference: 1.0℃
- Compact structure, small size, lightweight, and minimal liquid carryover.
