A heat exchange unit automatically and continuously converts the heat supplied by the primary heating network into domestic hot water and heating water as required by users; it is an automated heat‑conversion system.
The unit integrates a plate heat exchanger, circulating pump, make-up water pump, thermometers, pressure gauges, various sensors, piping, and valves, and can be customized to incorporate temperature control systems, pressure stabilization systems, variable-frequency drive control systems, heat‑metering systems, and network communication control systems, among others.

Overview of the System’s Operating Principle

Steam or high‑temperature water, regulated by a temperature control valve, is delivered to the heat exchanger at the flow rate required by the heating system. The heat exchanger uses indirect heat exchange to reheat the return water from the user’s heating (or air‑conditioning) circuit. The water to be heated first passes through a dirt separator, then is pumped back through a filter and into the heat exchanger; the heated water is subsequently supplied to the users, in a continuous循环. After exchanging heat in the heat exchanger, the primary heat carrier returns to the primary heating network. Any water loss in the system is automatically replenished by a make‑up pump at a set pressure, ensuring stable system pressure and normal operation.
