Square Counterflow Cooling Tower
| Product Details
Crew Introduction
The square counterflow cooling tower employs counterflow air–water heat exchange technology, with high‑quality modified polyvinyl chloride packing that maximizes the spray‑water distribution area. It features a fixed water‑distribution system equipped with low‑pressure ABS spray nozzles, ensuring uniform water distribution, long service life, and low head loss, thereby helping to reduce the power required for system water distribution.
Square counterflow cooling towers can be customized to meet customers’ equipment‑specific basin requirements, offering options such as medium‑temperature and high‑temperature models. Our company has implemented enhancements and refinements to this series of units, improving their reliability, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Working principle
A cooling tower cools water by spraying hot water onto the surface of packing (heat‑dissipating material), where it comes into direct contact with air. During this process, heat is transferred between the hot water and the air, while a small portion of the water evaporates into vapor, carrying away heat in the process. The remaining cooled water then returns to the basin, from which a pump recirculates it back into the system to absorb more heat, thus completing the cooling cycle.

Unit Features
1. Operates with greater reliability, durability, and corrosion resistance.
2. Lightweight, compact, and space-saving.
3. Aesthetic, durable, and highly strong.
4. Transportation, installation, and maintenance are all very convenient.
5. The material can be selected according to the customer’s operating conditions, such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic, stainless steel, and others, and then conveyed back into the system for further heat absorption. The cooling circuit is recirculated.
