The working principle of the closed cooling tower is that the higher temperature water from the condenser, absorb or process equipment is sent to the cooling coil of the closed cooling tower by the cooling water circulation pump under pressure. On the other hand, the water in the bottom of the cooling tower is sucked into the spray pipe by using a pipe spring, and then sprayed on the outer surface of the cooling coil to evaporate and absorb the heat of the cooling water, so that the temperature of the cooling water is reduced.
At the same time, the suction effect of the fan installed above the baffle plate allows air to flow through the cooling coil from bottom to top, which not only strengthens the heat release on the outer surface of the cooling coil, but also takes away the evaporation formed in time.
