The working principle of the closed cooling tower is that the higher temperature water from the condenser, absorb or process equipment is sent to the cooling coil of the closed cooling tower by the cooling water circulation pump under pressure. On the other hand, the water in the bottom of the cooling tower is sucked into the spray pipe by using a pipe spring, and then sprayed on the outer surface of the cooling coil to evaporate and absorb the heat of the cooling water, so that the temperature of the cooling water is reduced.


At the same time, the suction effect of the fan installed above the baffle plate allows air to flow through the cooling coil from bottom to top, which not only strengthens the heat release on the outer surface of the cooling coil, but also takes away the evaporation formed in time. Water vapor to accelerate the evaporation of water and improve the cooling effect. Specifically, the higher temperature water in the cooling coil transfers heat to the inner surface of the cooling coil in the form of convection, and this part of the heat is transferred from the inner surface of the cooling coil to the outer surface of the cooling coil. Because the outer surface of the cooling coil is sprayed with circulating water, the circulating water falls on the outer surface of the cooling coil, and this part of the heat is dissipated into the air by convection and evaporation.
