The air conditioning system developed by our company adopts the combination ofexternal circulation cooling water of shield machine and compressed cooling air to cool downthe operating surface of the interval tunnel.On the basis of the traditional external circulationcooling and tunnel ventilation, an air conditioning system is installed on the shield machine tocool the tunnel ventilation airflow before entering the secondary fan system, so that thecooling air can be transferred from the outlet of the secondary ventilation system to theconstruction operation surface (pipe segment assembly area).The air outlet temperature ofthe secondary fan can reach 20C,10-12°C lower than the maximum temperature under normatemperature, which is enough to effectively cool down the working area, and the ambienttemperature is suitable for construction.
Refrigeration main machine and heat preservationwater tank are arranged on the first floor of the trolley,the size can be customized freely according to theexisting space of the shield machine, and the relativeposition of the main machine, water pump and watertank can be flexibly modulated; the air cooler is placedon the second floor of the trolley and is connected inseries with the air duct The size can be the same as theexisting air duct of the trolley, and the air cooler canbe placed by installing the air duct, which iscompletely not restricted by the narrow space on thesecond floor.
Application of tunnel air conditioning:
Refrigeration main engine cooling uses the original external circulating water of thetrolley, and is divided into three links for the main engine water from the shield machine inletpipe to the plate heat exchanger, The water consumption is small, the allowable inlet wateltemperature is high, and the original external water circulation of the shield constructionincreases The power of the water pump can meet the water demand of the refrigerator withoutadjustment, without additional cooling water circuit.
