Introduction
Plate heat exchanger gasket is a necessary component of a complete GPHE, need to be replaced regularly. It's a simple and economical fitting. Commonly, there're three types of gaskets: clip-on, lock in and glued gaskets, which is decided by the type of plates. Tranp provides all three types of gaskets and we own many common international sizes with high quality and suitability.
Material Selections
NBR (-20~100℃）：Suitable for thermal air, water, non-polar oil, mineral water, etc.
EPDM (-50~150℃）：Suitable for steam, alcohol, weak acid, etc.
Fluorine Rubber (0~180℃）： Suitable for strong acid, petroleum fluid,etc.
Silicone Rubber (-65~230℃): Suitable for food and beverage,etc.
