Finned radiator is the most widely used heat transfer equipment in gas and liquid heat exchanger. It can enhance heat transfer by adding fins to common base tubes. The base pipe can be steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe, etc. Fin can also use steel belt, stainless steel belt, copper belt, aluminum belt, etc.; Finned heat exchanger is mainly used for air heating in drying system and is the main equipment in hot air device.

Applications
The existing finned heat exchanger mainly transfers heat through the fin. There are problems such as dust accumulation on the fin which will affect the heat transfer efficiency, poor heating effect and low heat transfer efficiency of a single fin.
Heat exchanger with a single metal fin tube as a heat exchange element, long-term in the harsh environment of high temperature and humidity, have to make it high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. Single metal fin tube for heat exchanger must meet the following characteristics to be qualified.
