Soybeen Drying Project
The equipment selected for drying project used in XX Grain Company is 1200*2400 type plate heat exchanger with wide channel, and the groove depth is about 10.5mm. The air and gas heat exchanger is made by the hot air material along with the conveyor belt to move the space, the position between the soybean particles is relatively fixed. Besides, the drying time is basically the same, the air and gas heat exchanger is very suitable for drying materials with uniform color change or uniform wet content. Simple structure selected for the project and each unit section is including circulating fan, heating device, separate or public fresh air pumping system and exhaust exhaust system. And the number of drying medium, temperature, humidity and exhaust exhaust circulation and other operating parameters, can be controlled independently, so as to ensure the reliability of the work and the optimization of operating conditions.
